If you have a formal practice that is intended to be done twice a day (such as Vedic Meditation, TM, Primordial Sound, 1 Giant Mind, or Vipassana), or if you just want to double your dose of meditation, this is a way to hold yourself accountable to doing two meditations a day—one in the morning, and one in the afternoon or evening.
