Presence Keynote Takeaways
Your best ideas aren’t found in brainstorms.
They arise in stillness and are shared in brainstorms. Innovation increases when teams have space to think clearly.
Presence gives you a competitive edge.
Every client, vendor, and colleague wants to feel seen, heard, and valued—and will reciprocate accordingly.
Your real mission statement is not on paper.
Most “culture” issues stem from how leaders show up—not what’s written on the mission statement.
The Kryptonite to Presence.
Stress is like kryptonite to presence. Learn how to manage stress effectively, and the quality of your presence will soar.
They desire meaning more than money.
Your best hires don’t leave for more money—they leave for more meaning. Presence keeps top performers engaged, inspired, and loyal.
Presence doesn’t cost you time.
Our greatest asset isn’t time. It’s presence. The present we are with our time, the more valuable our time becomes.

MY PATH
When I turned 13, my mom told me I was too old for birthday presents. I thought she was joking, so I waited all day for a gift. But that night, after it became clear none was coming, I sat in my room with the lights off, sulking. Then my brother walked in with a brown paper bag. Inside were four comic books—the only gift I got that day. I wasn’t even into comics. But I loved them because he cared enough to make sure I had something. Years later, when I went fully nomadic and gave away everything that didn’t fit into a carry-on, those comics were the one sentimental item I kept. They remind me: it doesn’t take much to make someone feel seen.
