At the last Shine event in Los Angeles, Davidji (our meditation guide) had the entire audience of 250 people think of someone we've been out of touch with for a while, perhaps because the relationship became contentious or estranged. Then he suggested that we take out our cell phones and text that person the following message:

"Thinking of you, and sending love."
